Return Policy

At OFUR, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund or store credit.

Return Conditions

  • All items must be returned within 30 days after delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
  • All original OFUR tags must still be attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by OFUR.

How To Return Your Order

  • Fill in the return form below. Your return will then be registered in our system.
  • You will receive a return form by e-mail with further instructions.
  • Print and complete the return form and place it inside the box or shipping bag.

Exchange and Refunds

At OFUR, exchanges are currently not available. If you received or ordered the wrong item, please return the item according to our return policy and place a new order for the desired product. Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend first checking your bank account and contacting your payment provider, as processing times may vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with OFUR support with your order details, and we’ll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Faulty Items

At OFUR, quality is a priority. If you receive an item with a manufacturing fault or defect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details. Once reviewed, we’ll provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

Damaged Goods During Shipment

At OFUR, we carefully inspect and package every order before shipping. If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll review the issue and work on a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
