Last Friday, on November 14, OFUR and Roodkopje came together for a special collaboration: the release of the Limited Edition Vintage Football Jersey designed to celebrate Roodkopje’s 10-year anniversary. The pre-launch event was hosted at Klup De Dag in Groningen, the store where OFUR is also sold, and the turnout exceeded every expectation. The space was completely packed from start to finish, creating an atmosphere that matched the energy and history behind both brands.
The Pre-Launch at Klup De Dag
Visitors had the first opportunity to purchase the exclusive jersey, which was produced in limited quantities and will not be restocked. The event was supported by BOZU, who provided a fully stocked fridge of refreshing drinks throughout the evening. The line-up featured sets from Jean Dogan, Les Fleurs Du Mal, Danny Daiya, and DJ Amber Bulls, with MC Jooz hosting. Every detail contributed to a warm, vibrant celebration rooted in music, community, and culture.
A Collaboration Built on Shared Values
OFUR and Roodkopje have collaborated in many ways over the years, and this project marks another chapter in a growing creative relationship. Both brands share the same foundation: multicultural influences, creativity, connection, and the unity found in music and dance. Designed by Martijn Halie, the jersey reflects these shared values through its bold aesthetic and thoughtful execution.
The Celebration Continues
The collaboration does not stop here. On November 29, Roodkopje will host a much larger anniversary event, where any remaining jerseys will be available. For more details about the upcoming celebration, visit their Instagram page at https://www.instagram.com/roodkopje/
A Night That Represents OFUR
The event at Klup De Dag captured what OFUR stands for: community, creativity, and meaningful collaboration. It was not only a release party but a moment where art, fashion, and music blended seamlessly. The energy of the night reflected the spirit of both brands and the people who support them. Another milestone, another moment to rise beyond.
